Objectives and Missions

The satisfaction of the Customers is recognized by the Company as the major preposition for the Company’s commercial success. Reasoning from this recognition the Company has established an internal system for measuring, analyzing and meeting the Customers’ satisfaction on an on-going basis.

The Company’s resources are managed in a manner that supports this internal system.

Careful Customer’s satisfaction study is followed by the Management Analysis aimed to developing adequate improvement actions, which in turn can be the need for assets improvement, procedural revision and/or personnel development.

The effectiveness of the system itself is monitored through periodical internal audit programme.
