AR&P was established in 1998 to provide its former Soviet Union customers with professional engineering services in the fields of Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation and Servicing of telecommunication systems.

ARP is a full service company that carries out all stages of the project development cycle, from the analyzing of systems requirements to cutover and maintenance, including the definition of requirements, analysis and optimization of the system, equipment selection, system integration, installation, testing and cutover, technical maintenance and warranty.

ARP hold the distribution rights for the full range of NEC products in Azerbaijan and are building the Microwave Network for the first CDMA operator with all Satellite gateways and Fiber Optic connection to other public switches, also ARP are the exclusive distributor for New Skies ( satellite operator) in Azerbaijan, and have the same rights from EZAN ( NEC’s partners in Russia for the manufacturing of Fiber Optic MUX’s and SCADA systems), and many other leading companies which manufacture cutting edge  telecommunication equipment ( Hitron – ADSL and DSLAM, DB Eletronika – Broadcasting, Geyser- Telemetry and tracking systems and many others).
ARP has been involved in the implementation of many systems mainly for operators and oil companies (such as Geo-stabilized VSAT for MCCI – Tofiq Ismaiilov, and GMDSS and Inmarsat systems for BUE Caspian vessels in the Caspian sea) plus the turnkey supply of VHF system for the construction of the Baku- Tbilisi- Ceyhan pipeline- Petrofac (including the supply, erection of towers then installation of the VHF system for hand held and car mounted radios).
